Following the postponement of the DMD in 2021, here is some additional information:
Given this important change, and depending on what you want or can do, you have three options:
- If you plan to come in 2021, you have nothing to do. The money already paid is kept by the hotel and the organisation. You will just have to finalize the reservation of your room in due time, namely during April 2021. We will remind you.
For those who reserved before and / or after the dates of the DMD 2020 they will be carried over in the same configuration. So if you have booked 2 days before and 1 day after, the hotel will book you 2 days before DMD 2021 and 1 day after DMD2021.
- If you wish to permanently cancel your participation in DMD 2021 in St Nectaire, please notify us within 15 days. Send us by response to this email your bank details (IBAN and BIC and address) so that we can return the amounts advanced (Participation fee, T-shirt HDN.).
We will ask the hotel to give you a credit if you have paid a deposit (Mercure Hotel, Regina Hotel or Camping). This credit will be valid for 18 months and will be reimbursed to you at the latest at the end of this period - October 2021. This is in accordance with the French legislation in force within the framework of Covid19.
- For those who have chosen another accommodation option, without our intervention, please contact the structure you have chosen to negotiate with it according to your wishes an 18 month credit or a postponement to the dates of DMD 2021 In case of difficulty, do not hesitate to contact us, we can help you in your negotiations.
